"Nice leather chair, but the sofa fabric didn’t hold up"
I really liked the leather chair, it feels comfortable and looks nice in the room. The sofa, though, was a bit disappointing because the fabric started looking worn sooner than I expected. It’s not awful by any means, but for the price I thought it would hold up better. I’ve had sofas from other brands in a similar price range that seemed to wear a little better over time

"Pretty decent overall, but checkout could be smoother"
I ordered a chair online and the site was mostly easy enough to use. Maybe it’s just me, but a few pages felt a little slow, and I didn’t find the delivery details super clear until later in the process. The chair showed up in good shape, though it took longer than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, just not amazing either.

"Way easier return than I’m used to"
I had to return a chair and expected it to be a hassle, based on returns I’ve dealt with at other stores before. But this process was really clear, simple, and took way less effort than I thought it would.

I stopped into Bassett thinking I’d just browse for a bit, but the salesperson made the visit really easy. She was friendly, answered all my questions, and never gave me that “buy it today” kind of feeling. She also helped me think through what would actually work in my living room, which saved me from making a choice I probably would’ve regretted later. Overall, it was a much less stressful experience than I expected.

"Pretty happy with it overall"
I spent a while going back and forth on this set because I wasn’t sure how it would look in the room, but once it was all in place, I actually really liked it. The color and style are nice, and it feels solid. The delivery guys got it inside and set where it needed to go, though after everything settled down I noticed one corner had a dent from the delivery. I did reach out to customer service, and they were polite enough, but it took longer than I would’ve liked to get things moving. Still, the furniture itself looks good.

I had an issue with my order, before anyone assumes the worst, they handled it really quickly. I reached out, explained what happened, and they got it sorted without making it a big hassle. Can’t really complain when they fix the problem that fast

I don’t have much patience for complicated scheduling, so I was glad this was simple. I picked a time, and they showed up when they were supposed to.

"Really solid work"
really happy with it. The table feels sturdy, the edges are smooth, and nothing about it looks cheap or rushed... you can tell someone actually took their time and made it right

"I really like the way it looks..."
I really like the way it looks, and it fit the style of my space well, but the wood started getting scuffed up faster than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “minor marks can happen with regular use,” which I get, but I was still a little disappointed. It’s not a bad piece, just maybe not as tough as I hoped.

"Nice furniture, but the assembly wasn’t great"
The furniture itself actually looks nice in the room, so I don’t want to sound like I hated the whole thing, but the assembly was kind of a letdown.
A few screws weren’t lined up properly, and one of the drawers doesn’t close smoothly — like, you push it in and it just sort of catches, which is frustrating. The guys also seemed rushed, and they left some packing bits behind.
For what I paid, I expected it to be put together a lot better. I ended up fixing a couple things myself later, which wasn’t the end of the world, but still annoying.

"Nice showroom, but slow to get help"
The showroom was nice and easy to look around, but it took a while before anyone came over to help. Overall, it was just okay

They did answer my question in the end, but it took longer than I expected. At first I figured they were just busy, but as the waiting dragged on, I started to lose a bit of trust that they’d actually follow through. The help itself was okay, just not very reassuring

"Clear prices, no checkout surprises"
I really appreciated that the prices were easy to see on the site, because I hate getting all the way to checkout and then, anyway, there were no weird surprises. It made comparing pieces a lot simpler and helped me figure out what actually fit my budget. Overall, smooth experience.

"Finally, a quick fix"
I was so annoyed dealing with it in the first place, but the repair guy came in and fixed it way faster than I expected. It was an easy repair, and it actually looks good now, so at least that headache is over.

"Just really happy with how it turned out"
I got a sofa from Bassett the whole customization thing was kind of what sold me. There were so many options for fabrics, colors, legs, sizes, all that stuff, but somehow it didn’t feel overwhelming. I just had this feeling like I could actually make it work for my space instead of settling for something that was almost right. It took me a bit to choose, and I definitely went back and forth, but I’m really glad I picked what I did. It just looks really good in my living room and I’m happy with it.

"Sofa fit our room just right"
We ordered a sofa from Bassett and I was a little unsure about the size because our living room is on the narrow side. The measurements online ended up being accurate, and it fit right where we were hoping it would.
It doesn’t feel bulky in the room, but there’s still enough space to sit comfortably. The cushions are nice too, not too deep or weird to get up from. Overall, it worked out better than I expected.

"Super smooth, smooth delivery"
The delivery guys called ahead like they said they would, showed up right on time, and put everything exactly where I wanted it. They even took the boxes with them, which was really, really nice. The whole thing was easy and stress-free. No complaints at all from me.

"I was a little nervous ordering a sofa..."
I was a little nervous ordering a sofa online, because colors can look so different in photos, different different depending on the screen. But the fabric color ended up looking really close to the swatch and matched my room pics well too.
When it arrived, there wasn’t any weird surprise shade or anything, which was exactly what I was hoping for. Really happy, really happy with how it turned out.
